The problem

Today's AI governance tools ask models to grade themselves.

Evaluation that depends on model judgment inherits the very failure modes it is meant to detect. Correction by re-prompting or regeneration is not reproducible. And without tamper-evident, versioned records, compliant behavior cannot be demonstrated after the fact — to an auditor, a customer, or a court.

BOS places behavioral measurement, disposition, correction, and audit outside the model, where they can run on fixed, versioned rules and leave a record a hostile examiner could check.

Correction without regeneration

Deterministic operators transform output directly rather than re-rolling the model — so the correction itself is reproducible and reviewable.

Audit-integrity chain

Every measurement and decision is written to a tamper-evident, hash-chained, externally anchored record bound to the ruleset version that produced it.

All results are batch-relative and produced in a controlled test environment. BOS does not claim the architecture is validated, production-ready, deployed, or proven in real-world operation. A blind human-keyed prevalence study is currently in the field.

Behavioral Operating Sciences LLC

BOS is a founder-led Florida company building AI governance and AI safety infrastructure: deterministic behavioral measurement, auditable correction, and compliance-grade records for trustworthy AI. The work grew out of independent R&D into why AI systems drift from defined behavior over extended interactions, and is developed under versioned, hash-identified artifacts with independent verification at every lock — the same discipline the product exists to provide.
